So here are the characters for the first few chapters of my comic. Haven't come up with a name for the comic yet so I will call it Jester for now.

Scarecrow costume is mostly bionic at this point. Equiped with various nerve gases that induce fear. There are also various gadgets to get the wearer out of trouble. Based of the Batman New Animated Adventures style.

Jonathan Crane is the origional scarecrow. He snatches Jester From the Orphanage after Harley leaves her son there. Jonathan rarely goes out as scarecrow unless he is planning something big. Tabitha, his daughter, now runs the costume and keeps the fear alive in Gotham. He spends most of his time running a big business that smuggles fear inducing drugs into foreign countries to be used as chemical warfare. He leaves Batman to his daughter and Jester.

Jester is the son of Joker and Harley Quinn. So if any of you have seen Batman Beyond Return of The Joker you will find that Joker wasn't interested in having children the traditional way. Obviously Harley was because two of the chartacters in the movie are her grandchildren. Well I decided that Harley was pregnant before Joker died but she kept it hidden from Joker (NONE OF THIS IS CANON I AM FANTASIZING) Harley survived her fall off the cliff and so did the child she was carrying. Harley had no more criminal ambitions after Puddin died and she didn't want to raise his son in crime. She left the boy at an orphanage. What Harley didn't know was that the entire criminal empire of Gotham had watched her closely after Joker's death and as soon as she gave up the boy the Scarecrow was there to snatch him up. Scarecrow had partnered with Joker but never cared about him the only reason he took the boy was to use him. Joker had struck fear into the people of Gotham for years and Scarecrow hoped his son would do the same. Years later after much molding (including a bit of plastic surgery to distort the poor boys face) Scare crow had what he felt to be the perfect Joker. Harley knew nothing of this. Jester, as the boy was now known, started to lead twisted crimes on the people just as his father did. But something always gnawed away at the boy, a conscience. He enjoys harassing Tabitha in any way he can and this often displeases Jonathan so much that Jester is frequently beaten. Jester takes it in his stride often finding a way to laugh about it in the end. I used The Batman Style of Joker using similar hair and a strait jacket. He sports Harley's colors and never wanted green hair ^_^

Tabitha is a spoiled rotten, gothic, Daddy’s girl. She can get Jonathan to give her anything with out much fuss. She hates Jester and despises living with him. The feeling is mutual and Jester often gives back as much as she can dish out. She enjoys the life of crime and carrying on her father’s legacy of fear. She rarely shows any emotion other than anger or frustration. I guess you could call her Emo.
